PARTS LIST Parachute Timer Notes: U2 (PIC16C505) should be socketed, all others mount directly to the PCB. U4 (the surface mounted part) is mounted oriented UPSIDE DOWN. In other words, the top of the chip (pins 1 and 14) should point towards the BOTTOM edge of the board. The ADXL150 and the MAXIM part (MAX953) can be obtained as FREE SAMPLES from the web by browsing to www.analogdevices.com and www.maxim-ic.com and asking for them. NOTE: The schematic shows a 3 terminal device for power, but the parts list is a 2 terminal device (lighter weight). If you use my artwork, use a 3 terminal part. Sorry, I don't have the Digikey P/N handy for these.
