[LUNAR Announce:] Outreach Event- JULY 23rd USS HORNET 42nd Anniversary Apollo 11 Splashdown

LUNAR-

The USS HORNET is celebrating the 42 Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Splashdown
and LUNAR has been invited to host a booth on the Hanger deck of the
aircraft carrier.

I need 4 to 6 Volunteers to host the booth and talk about what a fun and
educational hobby Model Rocketry is. This is a fun event on a historic
aircraft carrier.

Date: July 23rd from 10 am to 5 pm   (setup begins at 9 am)
Where: USS Hornet Alameda on Pier 3, at Alameda Point.
What to Bring: Model and HPR rockets from you fleet.
What to Talk About: Your experiences in Model Rocketry, Rocketry in general,
LUNAR, Team America Rocketry Challenge, and Rocketry in Education.

Access is available for larger rockets if needed.

I need to let the coordinators know Tuesday afternoon if LUNAR will be
participating. Please contact me directly if you can help with this event.
