If you are bringing a ‘young one’ let me know .. we will try to have some
raffle things for the ¼ A & B motor fans

If you have something to sell, swap or just give away 

..  bring it  we
will have a table for you display it.

I need two kinds of help  (the kind we need at launches – well it is needed
this time too)
1.    Set up 
 show up about 1:00 pm or so & help me set up
2.    Clean up   
. Hang around and help clean up ..

I need two more kinds of help
1.    People to bring their CD/DVD’s or your computer of this year’s (or
last year’s) rocket pictures
2.    Someone who has the projector to show them. (I can bring a laptop to
play them)

So all you LUNARtics and AeroPACers  see you on Dec 4th   see details below.

To all AeroPac and Lunar folks;

It is time to mark your calendars for the first ever-joint AeroPac & LUNAR
holiday party. We decided that it would be nice to have a great get together
of both clubs.

It would be great if someone would put together a DVD like Steve Pope did in
the past that we can show at the party, perhaps have one or two to put in
the raffle bag and maybe even sell a few to help both the clubs coffers.

So save all your pictures and videos until we call for them.

Thinking of cleaning out your rocket collection, save them for the swap
table. Bring your old bird and go home with someone else hand me down.

It will be held on

..Sunday  12/04/2011  ( in the Holiday season but not to close in
the last minute shopping rush.

Time ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,2:00pm – 5:00pm (if we go that long )

Location 



. Mt. View Masonic Hall (about the same distance from most
places except Sac but we still expect to see them at the party)

Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
