Club launch at NASA Ames: Saturday 10/27.   

We are expecting four Scout troops and a school group will be coming out to
watch and ask questions.   We Need Your Help with crowd control, pad
sitters, safety check, and rocket spotters to help locate rockets. Don't be
shy, this is great fun and you will get to meet your fellow club members and
see what they are flying. We can you use your help for one hour and then
someone else can take over for you.  Lots of volunteering makes light and
happy work for everyone. Do your part to support the club.

 

Board of Director Elections: 

At the January Club meeting, we will once again be hold the Board of
Directors elections.  Please consider running for the Board.  Every position
is open, so if you want to help run the club, this is your chance!
Nominations are now open.  Please consider running for a position.  Board
positions are: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Board Member
at Large #1, Board Member at Large #2. There is one Board position that is
not elected and that is the Past President, currently held by former
President Jack Hagerty.
