[LUNAR Announce:] Ames Launch this weekend 4/20

LUNAR-

We are expecting seven outreach groups attending this launch. I have
staggered the groups so that half will arrive at 0900 and the remaining
groups at 1100.   

Please volunteer to help with the launch. We will need helpers at the launch
pads and with crowd control.  

I have been watching the weather forecast closely.  The winds will be near
our limit (10 mph) around 12 o'clock.
Please be prepared with smaller motors and spill-holes cut in your
parachutes.  If the rockets start drifting down the airfield, I will be
stopping the launch.  Do you bit to help keep the launch going by flying
smaller motors when the wind picks up Saturday.
