[LUNAR Announce:] Book on Soviet moon program needs Kickstarter support!

With the invitation from the president (below) I'll take this rare
opportunity to announce something here other than launch details.

 

In addition to being one of the founders of LUNAR, I also publish books on
aerospace history with an eye to the scale modeler.  My latest project is a
book on the Soviet N-1 and their moon program that ran in competition with
Apollo.  I've just launched a Kickstarter campaign to help finance the
production so I can sell it for $39.95 rather than twice that much, which is
what it should be set at based on production costs.

 

Many of you already know about this from LUNAR's FaceBook page or one of the
other places I've posted on it.  Some of you have actually contributed.
