[LUNAR Announce:] Snow Ranch December launch is cancelled

LUNAR - 
I have been checking on the conditions at Snow Ranch. I have been emailing
Bill every couple of weeks, and unfortunately there has not been enough rain
and the conditions at the ranch are not suitable to support a December
launch. 
On the up side, this gives you more time to prepare your rockets for a
possible January launch.
