[LUNAR Announce:] Snow Ranch launch March 5th is cancelled

LUNAR- 
The Snow Ranch launch this weekend is cancelled due the incoming weather
forecast of rain Thursday through Sunday.  California needs the rain.
LUNAR has a rain dates for all of the Snow Ranch launches, and there is a
possibility of hold the launch on March 12/13th.
