[LUNAR Announce:] LUNAR Snow Ranch on Feb. 11 is rained out

LUNAR,
Unfortunately we have to cancel the Snow Ranch launch this weekend, February
11th.  
The weather forecast is not looking good for next weekend either with
another front coming in Thursday and Friday.
Hopefully we will be able to launch soon.
