[LUNAR Announce:] LUNAR launch on 8/11 is cancelled

LUNAR-
The launch at Moffett Federal Airfield on 8/11 is cancelled due to
construction on the West Ramp area near Hanger 1.  We have been offered two
alternate dates, and the board is looking into the options.  Once we have a
confirmed date with the Airfield Management, we will announce the new launch
date.
