[LUNAR Announce:] Snow Ranch launch

LUNAR - 

There is a Snow Ranch launch this weekend (both days).

Please read the updated Launch announcement and Rules and Policies as they
have changed since last year.

Please drive in the center of the road and drive straight through puddles.
The ground in the puddle is hard packed while the ground that you would be
driving to go around the water is NOT hard packed.  Try and minimize your
vehicle impact on the Ranch.

The Driveway is a NO DUST area, 5 MPH please.  10 MPH is fast enough for the
rest of the way out to the launch site.  

The ground will still be soft in places, so use caution.
