[LUNAR Announce:] LUNAR Launch for Dec 7 and rain date Dec 8th is cancelled

LUNAR- 
We need to rain to make the grass grow at the launch.  The Ranch will get 3
days of water this weekend starting on Friday. 
Hopefully, the launch site will start turning green and not be muddy for a
launch on December 14th.
