[LUNAR Announce:] LUNAR Launch cancelled on 3/2

LUNAR-
The Snow Ranch launch on March 2nd is cancelled  due to rain starting on
Friday and going through Saturday.
We do have a rain date for a Snow Ranch launch on March 9th, pending
conditions at the Ranch and rain.
