[LUNAR Announce:] Snow Ranch launches

LUNAR,
I know that everyone is ready to fly. But this the first rain in 18 months
or more.  The fist launch is scheduled t for December 3, 2022, 9AM to 4 PM.

This will allow the grass start and grow which is vital to the ranch, and we
do not leave a muddy field.
