[LUNAR Announce:] Reid Hillview Airport community day - Sept 23

[Rocket Supplies]

Next month Reid Hillview Airport is having a community day
<https://www.friendsofrhv.org/>and would like LUNAR to attend with a
table/booth.
I will be away at a launch in Nevada, but it would be great if LUNAR would
still attend and answer questions about rocketry.

I've setup a volunteer schedule,

similar to the one for Moffett field, but in 1 hour blocks.
Note that it is only one day from 10 am to 3 pm.
