[LUNAR Announce:] Tonight's Member Meeting Cancelled - Saturday Reid Hillview Airport Day (No Launch at Hollister)

Since many of us are out of town, tonight's membership meeting has been
cancelled.
Sorry for the late notice.

Don't forget about this Saturday.  There is no Hollister launch, but there
is an opportunity to help out representing LUNAR at the Reid Hillview
Airport day.  Free vendor parking passes are also available to volunteers.

Please let me know if you can help and need the pass.

Greetings Awesome Exhibitors/Vendors for Saturday's Reid Hillview
Airport Day Festival!

Saturday September 23 is going to be a heckuva fun day at the airport!

We have almost 6000 free tickets reserved online already.  Plus about 90
exhibitors.  And about 30-ish aircraft.  And a bunch of cool electric
vehicles, as well as a bunch of classic cars.  Plus some amazing
entertainment lined up!  And solar telescopes.  And hands on science
stuff.  And more community booths than I can remember.  And lots of
food.  And an amazing RC air show.  And fly-overs, and fly-bys, and and
and and...

Yup, this is gonna be a fun day!

We almost have final booth assignments done.  We had to tweak the layout
a little today because we have more exhibitors signed on than we
expected.  But we're almost done with assignments... Check again in a
day or two.

But for now -- please see the attached for vendor/exhibitor parking
passes.   Print the pass and show it to the gate people when you
arrive.  They'll let you in....

Set your GPS to 2500 Cunningham Ave, San Jose.  Then follow the gate
keeper's instructions.
