</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=EN-US link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>LUNAR!<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We can start flying a Snow Ranch, and the first launch is on Nov. 5<sup>th</sup> 2016 from 0900 to 1600.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>As always, LUNAR greatly appreciate people who step up and help with setup, taking a shift during the day and teardown.  Please volunteer for an hour or two at the launch.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>LUNAR has updated our rules / policies, please read the attached PDF files. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>This is the first launch of Snow Ranch for the 2016-2017 season.  Let’s make all the launches this year continue to be safe, and fun.  Remember to drive slow on the ranch to avoid kicking up a lot of dust; Close any gate you open; Stay on the roads; and finally, Leave No Trace, okay smoke trails in the sky is acceptable.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I have secured a heavy away cell pad, but it will not be ready for this launch. Please hold off on the big projects until I can get the new pad ready to use, hopefully at the December launch.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>HP flyers: Remember all flights over 2560 N total impulse MUST be pre-approved by the LUNAR Board We require a Rocksim or OpenRocket file in your submittal to the Board.  ALL rocket must land within a 1 mile of the launch site.  <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Bill Orvis will be sending his Snow Ranch launch announcement is a couple days.  <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Thank you, remember Up Fast Down Slow. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormalCxSpMiddle>David<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormalCxSpLast>LUNAR President<o:p></o:p></p></div></body></html>
