I suggest we all meet at the ship at 8am. Dave R. is putting our names down to help so we can get passes in the morning. Please let us know if your going to be there to help. Sorry for such a short notice of this event. Living ship day looks like lots of fun and a great day for the kids. There was a food vendor on the deck last year but am not sure if they will be back. I would bring food and water.

Subject: [Lunarlunch] [LUNAR Announce:] We need your help: USS HornetSplashdown celebration

This event is great fun. our rocketry display will be on the hanger deck next to the Buzz Aldren hatch and near the Apollo display. We really need more help to talk about rockets and the rocketry hobby. Bring your favorite rocket to display and we will have brochures. This is always a great family event. There will be food and live entertainment on the flight deck. There were sea and space cadets last year to help and show folks around.
