[LUNAR Announce:] FW: Yuri's Night Layout and Booth Numbers Attached

LUNAR!!!

Yuri's Night is just around the corner, Friday April 8th, 9 am to  4 pm.  We
need four or five volunteers to help talk about the science and model
rocketry. This is a chance for you to display your rocket and talk about
your experiences to young adults. This is also a chance to talk about Team
America Rocketry Challenge to 7th through 12th graders.

I need to turn in the list of people who will be helping by Friday April
1st. (really no fooling around).

Thank you for helping the youth in the community and the Club.

 Hello Exhibitors!


One month to go before the big day!  We have finalized booth numbers which
are available for you to familiarize yourself with here.

The layout is available in the Yuri's Night Program Guide which includes the
Speaker Stage schedule, exhibitor booth numbers, and layout map, and the
Teacher's Guide which includes exhibitor descriptions, the layout map,
exhibitor materials, and the Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt Bingo game.


It is a complicated puzzle getting all the locational logistics lined up for
each exhibit. We have tried to accommodate each exhibitors special requests
to the best of our ability within the limitations of the needs of the whole
event. Thank you for your flexibility. We are looking forward to to this
exciting confluence of  ideas and enthusiasm!
