[LUNAR Announce:] LUNAR Oct 26th launch at AMES

LUNAR-
I recently talked with Ames Base Operations about our launch coming up on
Oct 26th.  With the Gov't shutdown, Ames does not have enough staff to
support our launch on the 26th. 
If the Gov't decides to pass a budget before Oct 26th, we should be able to
hold the launch as planned.
I will post more information as we get closer to the launch date.
