[LUNAR Announce:] Ames launch on July 19th

LUNAR-
The forecast is looking good for the launch this coming weekend.  If the
current wind patterns at Ames hold, the winds will be approaching 10 MPH
(LUNAR's wind limit) around noon.  Please be prepared with smaller motors
and spill holes in the parachutes to keep the rockets landing near the
launch site.
