Hello LUNAR !

Free rockets for all! Every family who comes will leave with multiple
rockets ready for the launch on the 18th. Bring your kids and your
neighbor's kids!

Once again it is time for our annual lost and found and donations build
night. We have plenty of good rockets, pieces and parts. We have a huge
supply of Estes BT-50 (24mm) body tubes and nose cones. A very common
problem is separation of your rocket and now you have the rocket back but
the nosecone and parachute drifted away. Bring a damaged rocket or one
with no nose and we will find the matching parts and send you home ready to
fly. We also have all the common plastic fins and motor retainers that get
lost or damaged from the Estes and Quest kits. In past years we also used
extra parts to modify rockets, make two stage and cluster motor mounts, and
build some unique custom rockets.

I am also counting on the experienced rocketeers and my helpers from years
past to come to the meeting next week to help out with advice and tools. I
have everything sorted out by airframe tube size and we will set up
multiple build stations and get creative!

Also, in going through the lost and found, there are three rockets lost
from the Snow Ranch flying season very nice mid and high power rockets with
reloadable motor casings in three different popular sizes. If you send me
a description of your rocket and motor casing we will get these back to
you. If we don't hear any claims, these will be raffled off to L1 and L2
certified adults at our holiday party. Contact me off list at
ppittenger at gmail.com or 650 996 3408.

Hope to see many families with kids next Thursday,

Paul
