[LUNAR Announce:] Snow Ranch Launch season will start in November this year

LUNAR!

We can start flying a Snow Ranch, and the first launch is on Nov. 5th 2016
from 0900 to 1600.

As always, LUNAR greatly appreciate people who step up and help with setup,
taking a shift during the day and teardown.  Please volunteer for an hour or
two at the launch.

LUNAR has updated our rules / policies, please read the attached PDF files. 

This is the first launch of Snow Ranch for the 2016-2017 season.  Let's make
all the launches this year continue to be safe, and fun.  Remember to drive
slow on the ranch to avoid kicking up a lot of dust; Close any gate you
open; Stay on the roads; and finally, Leave No Trace, okay smoke trails in
the sky is acceptable.

I have secured a heavy away cell pad, but it will not be ready for this
launch. Please hold off on the big projects until I can get the new pad
ready to use, hopefully at the December launch.

HP flyers: Remember all flights over 2560 N total impulse MUST be
pre-approved by the LUNAR Board We require a Rocksim or OpenRocket file in
your submittal to the Board.  ALL rocket must land within a 1 mile of the
launch site.  

Bill Orvis will be sending his Snow Ranch launch announcement is a couple
days.
