[LUNAR Announce:] Jan. 14th Snow Ranch launch CANCELLED

The Jan. 14 attempt to hold the Snow Ranch launch is cancelled.  During the
rain this last weekend, the road out to the launch site was washed out. This
will need to be fixed before we can hold a launch.  
We will see what February brings.
