LUNAR-

The LUNAR January Club Meeting has been moved to January 31st , same time
same place. A scheduling mix up for the community room is the reason for
date change. Same agenda as below.

A club member asked about the FAA waiver: The FAA waiver is going to be
signed this week and delivered to me via email. A virtual way-point for
Sacramento approach has been created approximately 0.4 miles at 10,900 feet
from where we are flying. The solution for LUNAR was being worked last week.
We will maintain our 15,000 foot waiver, but the diameter of our cylinder is
being reduced.

This should not be a big deal since most of the flight are < 10,000 feet and
people flying that high are using dual deployment for recovery to avoid a
long walk on recovery. After I get the waiver, the board will review if
there is a need for more constraints flights above 10k.
