[LUNAR Announce:] Snow Ranch has dried out. Hollister launch pending

Unfortunately, the launch on April 29 is canceled due to the grass drying
out already at Snow Ranch.

We do have a back up of Brigantino Park in Hollister, we will be working to
coordinate volunteers and equipment and will give a formal go/no go in the
next day or two.

I will make some calls in the morning as we are working on securing other
sites as well and I will update and everyone as that progresses.
