[LUNAR Announce:] Saturday's launch not happening

In case it is not obvious - Jan 7 Saturday - scheduled launch at Snow Ranch
is not happening.  We will continue to watch to see if our alternate date
of the 14th is possible, also looks pretty wet in long term forecast.

Club meeting with board elections is on for Wednesday Jan 18 - hopefully we
can have something to announce on our possible waiver and weather dates by
then.
