[LUNAR Announce:] Saturday's Launch (Jan 21, 2023) cancelled due to field conditions

The January 21st launch has been cancelled due to the field at Snow Ranch
still being too wet.
The Next possibility is January 28th, but there is also a scheduled launch
for February 4th, so get ready!
