LUNAR Regional Meet III, 1996
The LUNAR third Regional contest launch took place on April 21, 1996.
Contest Director was Rob Powers, who did yoeman's duty in organizing
the many actvities before and during the contest, and then processed
the results and submitted them to NAR Headquarters. We all owe him
a big "attaboy"!
There were four events:
(Click photos for details)
- Who can go the highest using an A motor?
B Flex Wing Glider Duration

also safely recovering the booster.
C Helicopter Duration
- Keep entire rocket aloft as long as possible using autorotation
as the only means of recovery.
F Dual Eggloft Duration
